Returns & Replacements Policy

Returns are at the expense of the customer, you will only receive a refund for the cost of the item.  It is not the policy of The Coacher Company to pay for the cost of return shipping.

Replacements will only be provided for items that contain a Manufacturer’s Defect. We do not warranty against abuse or acts of nature. You must ship the item to: The Coacher Company 1021 South G street, Rogers AR 72756.
